Our orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days (business days: Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays). Average transit times are as follows:
- Same Day (available for districts 1 to 20)
- Chronopost: Next day
- Fedex: 1-3 days
UK & rest of Europe
- Fedex: 3-4 days
US East coast
- Fedex: 1-3 days
US West coast & rest of the world
- Fedex: 3-5 days
Weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect delivery information can affect the shipment of your order. Early Majority are unable to control or reimburse issues related to these factors.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information allowing you to track your order.
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. To return an item, please contact email@example.com for a free returns label and instructions.
To process your return as quickly as possible, please include in your email:
- Your order number
- Items in the order you wish to return
- Where you will be returning the item from
- For each item, how you want us to process your return:
- Size swap (include size you want to swap for)
- Repair (include images of the damage/fault)
Please note we can only accept returns with the swing tag intact and attached to the garment (unless you're requesting a repair). Please reuse existing packaging where possible.
Returns and swaps are free for members, non-members pay the standard shipping rate.
Once you’ve successfully placed an order, you’ll land on a confirmation screen with your order number, followed by a confirmation email to the email address you’ve provided at checkout.
If you don’t land on the order confirmation screen, it is possible that your order has been unsuccessful due to a browser issue. Please try clearing your cache and try again.
If you don’t receive your confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Credit cards will only be debited when goods are dispatched from our warehouse. In the event of an item being out of stock, you’ll only ever be charged for goods that have been shipped to you. If you have been charged in error, please contact us at email@example.com.
For order cancellations, you could be charged for items depending on the status of your order. If no charge is made, the pending authorisation from your bank will drop away automatically.
We currently accept EUR, GBP and USD.
We have tested our magnets to ensure they are not at a strength which could be harmful to the human body. The magnets on all of our garments have been positioned so that they should not affect a pacemaker, however we suggest seeking medical advice before wearing our garments if you have a pacemaker fitted.
We recommend you take care not to catch anything between our badge and garment magnets when joining them together, and remove the magnets before washing.
All items come with a lifetime guarantee, and we will repair any fault/damage free of charge. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damage/fault, and we will provide you with instructions to return your item.
After you buy your kit, you will receive an email with instructions, please allow up to 10 working days for this email to be sent.
Please note, you are only eligible for this lifetime membership if you've purchased a kit as a non-member at retail prices. You are not eligible for free lifetime membership if you bought the kit at member pricing (for example, if you are an annual member and you bought a kit).
