Shipping & Returns
Made On Demand items may only be returned for site credit if they fulfill all criteria outlined for general returns below. Because they cannot be returned to inventory and may only possibly be sold as renewed, we are unable to provide refunds. We therefore advise thoughtfulness when placing these orders.
Our orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days (business days: Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays). Average transit times are as follows:
France
- Same Day (available for districts 1 to 20)
- Chronopost: Next day
- Fedex: 1-3 days
UK & rest of Europe
- Fedex: 3-4 days
US East coast
- Fedex: 1-3 days
US West coast & rest of the world
- Fedex: 3-5 days
Weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect delivery information can affect the shipment of your order. Early Majority are unable to control or reimburse issues related to these factors.
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. To return an item, please contact returns@earlymajority.com for a free returns label and instructions.
To process your return as quickly as possible, please include in your email:
- Your order number
- Items in the order you wish to return
- Where you will be returning the item from
- For each item, how you want us to process your return:
- Size swap (include size you want to swap for)
- Repair (include images of the damage/fault)
- Refund
Please note we can only accept returns with the swing tag intact and attached to the garment (unless you're requesting a repair). Please reuse existing packaging where possible.
Returns and swaps are free for members, non-members pay the standard shipping rate.
In case of any issues with your shipment, please get in touch with the shipping carrier first. You should carefully monitor your delivery to make sure it's delivered safely. Early Majority will not be responsible for any packages that are not delivered due to the customer not being home or that are stolen/lost after delivery to a safe place.
